U14 SPRINT TRAINING - SPRING |
Sprint training programs for U14 paddlers begin in April and run through June. After school and weekend work-outs are a great way to improve paddling technique, strength, and fitness. This is a great time of year to start paddling again if your child has been in the program before. Many new paddlers start in the spring before participating in the U14 Sprint Summer Program.
The Intro to Sprint Program is a great introduction to the sport that is available throughout the spring, summer and fall that does not require a membership.
All paddlers must be competent swimmers
