CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Welcome to the Rideau Canoe Club community. We proudly wear the PURPLE AND WHITE when competing at local, divisional, provincial, national and international regattas. One of the top Sprint Canoe Kayak Clubs in Canada, our club has won the overall title at the Canadian Championships 11 times, most recently in 2015, 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022. 

Members of the Rideau Canoe Club are entitled to register for Sprint Canoe Kayak programs and to use the facilities at designated times. All members are insured when participating in Sprint Canoe Kayak programs and activities. 

Members have access to club equipment during club hours and when not in conflict with a program and/or regatta. Club hours and the process for members not registered in a program to access equipment can be found here. Please contact the listed program coordinators with any questions about boat access and to schedule an orientation session.

Members in good standing may vote a the Annual General Meeting and hold board/committee positions or represent the Rideau Canoe Club at  events/regattas. 

Individual Membership

• Membership: $324.00 + HST
• Capital Contribution: $50 + HST
• Total: $427.14
• Includes insurance

Family Membership

• Effective May 1, 2023
  
• Membership: $689.00 + HST (up to six family members are included)
• Capital Contribution: $100 + HST
• Total: $835.07
• Includes insurance for all family members
• Yearly from the date of registration
• REGISTER to join the RCC Community

NOTE for sprint paddlers: 

• Program fees are extra
• Regatta/events fees are extra
• Affiliation Fees including CKC Affiliation Fee, EOD Affiliation Fee, CKO Sprint Affiliation Fee, CKO Affiliation Fee are extra
