U14 SPRINT TRAINING - FALL |
Fall programs for U14 paddlers run from the beginning of September to the end of October. After school and weekend work-outs are a great way to improve paddling technique, strength, and fitness. Many children join the fall program after taking part in the summer programs. New paddlers are welcome.
Membership is required before being able to register for a sprint program. The Intro to Sprint Program is a great introduction to the sport that is available throughout the spring, summer and fall that does not require a membership.
For safety purposes regarding Covid-19, all participants will be required to bring their own life jacket. Find more info and updates regarding Covid-19 HERE.
Paddlers must demonstrate a minimum swimming ability before getting in a boat. Find more info on the Swim Assessment HERE.
