PARKING

The parking lot at the Rideau Canoe Club is small. There are 27 spots including 2 for handicapped. Parking on the field is not permitted. Please also refrain from using the Rideau Canal lock station parking lot.

RCC Parking Lot Rules

• Daily Parking will be by permit only
• There is No Parking on the Field
• From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM the 5 parking spaces between the entrance to the field and the first handicap space are for Pick-Up and Drop-Off Only
• No parking on designated fire routes
• Violators may be ticketed

There are several parking options around the canoe club:

1. Hog's Back Park Parking Lot (free) - 600m, 7 minute walk
2. Parks Canada Parking Lot ($1 / hour) - 500m, 6 minute walk
3. Rideauview Mall on 885 Meadowlands, North West Side (after 4:30 free) - 550m, 7 minute walk
4. On Prince of Wales Dr (free) - from 350m, 4 minute walk
5. North Side of Nesbitt Place (free) - 2 minute walk
