Fitness paddling sessions are designed to offer paddlers the opportunity to combine a fantastic core work out with basic to advanced kayak drills, techniques and games. Should you take the Intro to Sea Kayak session before joining Fitness Paddling?
1. Have I ever received formal instruction?
2. Do I currently or have paddled several times a season? At Least 1-2 times a week.
3. General experience in other flat water paddling boats like sand-up-paddling, canoe, etc.
If the answer is no to question #1, you should register for the Intro to Sea Kayak session. The other 2 questions provide general indication of water experience.

Inclement Weather
Paddling Programs can still have fun in the rain! However, if there is heavy rain, gusty winds, thunderstorms we can not be on the water. If inclement weather is forecasted on the Weather Network we will cancel the session and will contact you (up to 30 minutes prior).
