THE RIDEAU CANOE CLUB
The Rideau Canoe Club is a non-profit organization serving the community as a sprint canoe kayak club. The club offers many services and programs all of which center around paddling. Whether you want to learn to paddle, paddle for fun or fitness, or train to compete, the club has a program for you. We are proud to wear PURPLE AND WHITE when competing at local, divisional, provincial, national, and international regattas. Our club is one of the top Sprint Canoe Kayak clubs in Canada having won the overall title at the Canadian Championships 12 times, most recently in 2015, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, with the 2023 victory achieved jointly with the Maskwa Aquatic Club.

2024 Paddling Season Opens Monday, May 13
The Green Flag will be posted on Monday, May 13 to open the 2024 paddling season. The club will be open on Monday, May 20 with holiday hours. Please review the Safe Paddling Policy and Club Opening Hours. There are still some great opportunities to join us on the water this spring! Check out Rec Paddling Programs or try something new with the RCC Community Dragon Boat Program
NEW RCC Merchandise!
The RCC has partnered with a local company, Accent Logos, to provide an exciting range of new RCC gear. This collaboration presents a fantastic fundraising opportunity, with a portion of the proceeds directed back to support our canoe club. New swag will be added on an ongoing basis and you can order anytime! RCC gear makes great gifts for paddlers and family members. Show your PURPLE PRIDE and check out the new gear!
Mike Scott Legacy Fund
Rideau's most tireless, passionate, advocate, and the heartbeat of our organization for decades, passed away on September 29, with friends and family at his side.
