Fitness Paddling

Our most popular program! Fitness paddling sessions are designed to offer paddlers the opportunity to combine a fantastic core work out with basic to advanced kayak drills, techniques and games. Each session delivers a structured workout program offering low-impact training with high-impact results. Looking for an alternative to being in the gym? This program is geared for you! Participants will be able to use their own boats, paddles, and PFD / life jackets or those provided by the Club.

Minimum participants per session: 6; maximum participants per session: 14

Please note sessions on Statutory Holidays will be moved to the Friday of the same week.

Program Prerequisites: Introduction to Sea Kayak Course, or equivalent experience
*Please note that sufficient kayak experience is mandatory for participation
