For those with an active lifestyle looking for a new challenging physical activity on the water. For those who want to get back into sprint paddling after some time away. This is the program for you. Come paddle with us! 

Level of Ability
Intro to Sprint - Entry level, no experience required
Novice - Intro is a prerequisite 
Intermediate - Previous paddling experience required
Advanced - Have at least 2 seasons of paddling under their belt
War Canoe - Team boat, meet new paddlers. Some experience

Dates and Times
Intro to Sprint - Spring and Summer seasons
Novice, Intermediate and Advanced
May to October 2 or 3 times a week paddling
November to April conditioning program and ergs

Regattas
The Masters Sprint Paddling Program includes attending local, divisional, provincial and national regattas! Paddlers will get information on upcoming races a week or two prior to the event. It is very important that paddlers notify their coach if they are unable to attend any regatta as team boats require a team commitment.

Membership
Club membership is required to participate in the Master Sprint Paddling Programs except for the Intro to Sprint program. Membership covers the full calendar year. There are individual and family memberships available. Click here to join the Rideau Canoe Club as a member.
