Hi Everyone - thanks for stopping by!   Amanda and I will post our workouts each week (with km's paddled) so you can keep track throughout the season.  We'll also post important announcements and interesting news items that will hopefully keep you coming back week after week.  

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact either of us - we'd both be happy to help you out!
