ARE YOU READY TO SWEAT!? New for 2012, Fitness Paddling +PLUS combines the best part of our hugely successful on-water fitness program with the exceptional benefits of dry-land cross training. For those who want to work hard and see results, this program will get you moving twice a week in sea kayaks and provide an additional weekly session of varied dry-land activities to get your sweat-on! 

Caution: this program involves high-intensity work-outs both on and off the water (ie - paddling, running, weights); previous paddling experience is not required however the drive to work hard is mandatory!  Example week of program: Monday - technical paddle & run, Wednesday - paddle self-assessment + drills & skills, Thursday - dryland training (weights & core strength)

Program Details:
Minimum Participants per session: 6; Maximum Participants per session: 13
Please note there will be no paddling on Statutory Holidays
