Fitness Paddling - Spring III

Hi Everyone - thanks for stopping by! I wanted to setup a page where I could post our workouts each week so that you can keep track of what we've done and see how many kilometres you paddle over the next 6 weeks.  I'll also post some news items that will hopefully keep you coming back a few times each week.
