RCC High Energy Interval Training Program

To help make those New Year's Resolutions a reality, join the Rideau Canoe Club's High Energy Interval Training Program. This high-energy bootcamp-inspired program is geared towards all fitness levels; classes will focus on building strength and stamina, and improving overall health and wellness. Our facilities are among the top in the city and our instructor is a leader in the field.
