LOCATION
The event will take place on Mooney’s Bay race course on the Rideau River in Ottawa, ON, Canada.

  • This year we are offering Paracanoe and PaddleALL, Open, U18, U16 and U13 races. 
  • The U13 are only K1 and C1 and we'll provide the boats for these races (mini K1 and mini C1) to have all paddlers in exact same boats and paddles.
ENTRIES
  • Please CLICK HERE to download the entries spreadsheet. Please return you entries no later than Thursday, June 26.
ENTRY FEE 
  • The entry fee for the event is $60.00 per athlete for the full two days of the event and includes a t-shirt and the banquet on Sunday after the competition.
  • U13 athletes are free but would need to buy their own t-shirt and banquet.
  • Clubs/Teams are required to pay 50% of their total fees upon registering through online payments or a check made out to the Rideau Canoe Club and mailed to 804 Hogs Back Road, Ottawa ON K2C 0B1.  
  • Clubs/Teams are required to make their final payment of fees no later than the Scratch meeting.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The Rideau Canoe Club is located at 804 Hog’s Back Road at the Hog’s Back lock of the Rideau Canal.

TRANSPORTATION
AIR
The Rideau Canoe Club is located less than 10 Km from the Ottawa International Airport. There are direct flights from different cities in the United States and from Toronto and Montreal international airports.
GROUND
Clubs/Teams will need to arrange their own ground transportation from and to the airport and during the competition.
LAKE PLACID
Following the regatta you can take advantage of the Lake Placid International regatta at Lake Placid, NY, 3 hours drive from Ottawa.

BANQUET
Everyone is invited to the banquet at the end of the second day (Sunday, June 29) --starting at around 4:30pm. The banquet is included in the athletes' entry fees. For spectators the cost will be $5.00 per person.

REGATTA RULES
The regatta will be run under ICF rules, with potentially some minor modifications to accommodate the schedule.
